1. What does a HVAC Service Call Cost?

Our Residential Service Call Rates:

  1. $105 during regular business hours
  2. $145 for after hours
  3. $165 for Sundays & Holidays
2. What does a HVAC Service Call Cover?

The service call charge covers our technicians coming out to diagnose the heating or cooling issue you are experiencing. We then provide a quote for the repair needed.

3. Is there a warranty?

Yes! If there is any issue after we leave, call us! For 30 days after your service call, we will return at no charge to determine the continuing problem.

4. What if I choose to replace my furnace, air conditioner, or other HVAC equipment instead of repairing?

We will refund your service call charge as a credit on your replacement service!

5. What if I just want my furnace or air conditioner cleaned?

Our HVAC Cleaning is $99.95 per unit. Or check out our PSA Maintenance Plan above to maintain your heating and cooling system year-round!

6. How often should my heating and cooling system be serviced?

Annual Maintenance: It’s recommended to schedule a professional HVAC inspection and maintenance service at least once a year. Ideally, this should be done before the start of the heating season in fall and before the start of the cooling season in spring. Check out our PSA Maintenance plan to save money on these annual appointments!

7. What is the PSA Maintenance Plan?

Our PSA Plan is a yearly HVAC service plan that covers a cleaning of both your furnace and air conditioner. Click here for more information!
