When my furnace decided to go out ( on the coldest day of the year) M&,M dispatched a tech to my home within 2 hours. The tech (Sean) quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts had to be ordered. Sean loaned me 2 spaced heaters and I had 4 of my own. Sean returned a few days later, installed the parts and the furnace has been operating dependably ever since. Sean went beyond , working late to restore the heat. Sean was courteous, no messes and did a great job. I will use M&M again.
We called in an AC issue today (Saturday), they were at our home within 60 – 90 minutes. Andrew was the service representative, he was excellent fixing our problem, and helping/giving us some preventive maintenance advice. Would highly recommend this company.
I woke up to no heat and contacted M&M for a service call. I spoke to a live person right away and made an appointment. The technician arrived right in the middle of the service window and found the initial problem right away. The part was on the truck and was replaced quickly. Further inspection showed 2 additional problems that would lead to failure in the near future; these were also handled immediately.

The temperature in my house was dropping.It was 9:30 on Friday night on one of the coldest nights we had had.I called M&M..The after hours service said a technician would call me. I have been using them for a few years and they have always done great work. Around midnight on Saturday I called because my furnace would not stop running. They came out in less then 30 minutes and said that the part I needed was for an older furnace and not on any of their trucks. I would have to wait until Monday. The next day, Sunday, the repair guy tracked it down and replaced the part. He was persistent and came through during 13 degree wind chills. I always ask for Reuben. Thanks M&M. Highly recommend!!!
Had a great experience with furnace repair. Furnace went out on Sunday, so after hours…Tige went above and beyond helping us troubleshoot the issue to try to get it running until the part was available next day. Great communication, explained all issues and what parts were replaced. Now have heat for the coldest night of the season. Will now use M&M for all our maintenance and repairs.
