M and M Heating and Cooling did something phenomenal for us. They replacied an attic fan that had gone three days out of warranty at no charge! Not only did they not charge us for the new fan but they also did not charge us for any labor for the replacement. I simply cannot tell you how grateful I am. I highly recommend this company.
