Originally established in 1980 by brothers, Mark and Mike Janowiecki with a focus on being the best and the most affordable HVAC provider serving Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Michigan.

In 2018 the Janowieckis handed the torch to another set of brothers and long time friends – Ken and Craig Gabel. The Gabel Brothers bring their combined 60+ years in the HVAC/Sheet Metal Industries, and are committed to continuing the M&M Heating and Cooling promise to provide excellent service at a reasonable price.

Did something phenomenal for us...

M and M Heating and Cooling did something phenomenal for us. They replacied an attic fan that had gone three days out of warranty at no charge! Not only did they not charge us for the new fan but they also did not charge us for any labor for the replacement. I simply cannot tell you how grateful I am. I highly recommend this company. We’ve also used them successfully in the past for our furnace maintenance. They are my first call when we need a new furnace. Call them!
